Beyond The Valley is a strictly 18+ event; photo identification must be shown upon entry. Acceptable forms of ID include a valid driver’s license, key pass, passport or proof of age card. ID must be current, not expired.
There will be police presence at the event and surrounding area.
Strictly no BYO alcohol. Bars will be located throughout the festival site.
Drink responsibly, intoxicated persons will not be served alcohol.
Make sure to drink plenty of water and keep hydrated. Please be conscious of the hot weather conditions and act accordingly.
A friendly reminder of the message we’re all taught in Primary School: be sun-smart. Wear hats, hang out in the shade when you can and slap on some sunscreen for good measure. Nothing worse than having to sit out on the fun because you’re sun burnt to an absolute lobster crisp.
Please seek immediate medical assistance from one of our first aid tents or St Johns Ambulance staff if injured or ill. First
Aid tents are located in the festival site and camping grounds for convenience.
To avoid getting lost and wasting valuable drinking or dancing time, keep a festival map handy so you know where you need to go and how to get there.
Please, please, PLEASE drive safely to and from the festival gang. Be responsible and plan ahead; make sure you have a
designated driver for the trip home. Keep in mind there will be large numbers of patrons leaving the festival at once which is why it is even more important each and every designated driver do their due diligence.
Avoid driving if you are feeling tired. The site is open until 4pm so if you need to stick around for an extra hour or two
nap to revitalise then please do so. That power nap or extra sleep could save you and your mates lives.
The fences and barricades up around the festival serve a purpose so please, don’t be a tool and climb over them.
